Super se upper feeling had great experience and enjoyed a lot on our trip to Kashmir with our host TM Deepak ji. We enjoyed great food just like Heena style with good accomodation and itienary and lots of good memories with all my trip mates. Also tanking again Deepak ji ones again for arranging a birthday celebration for my wife and special valentine week movement.

Bharat bhai as a tour manager has made our experience even better. The route and timing of the kashmir trip was amazing and relaxed. It's a +1 for the on field team. The one star missing was for the stay in gulmarg which is really bad. Grand mumtaz is strict NO. Stay was not a 2 star also. The picture and experience was very different. Hope you ammend for future reference.

The experience was as always fantastic. Although we were only 5 person, the response by Anupji (our manager) was spot on. The overall tour experience was very pleasant and fantastic.

One of the finest trips of my life. Best one.Had a memorable experience 8 days without any tension of where to eat , where to go travelling , adventure everything. No words to express my gratitude to Heena Tours. I wanted to write so many things. Everything was well planned and managed. Tour manager Pushkarji was highly knowledgeable and well mannered person. He was well accompanied by Shivam. All the hotels were well equipped and maintained very well... Food was awesome, not a single item was repeated. Tour bus was very nice. Excellent hospitality, very good hotels & food (pure veg & Jain), staff is super helpful. Tour manager, Nitesh Nirmal was outstanding during whole of our Kerala tour. Had very good bonding with other group members. Really a memorable experience.

We had great time. With Heena...suggestions are 1) If possible plan tour ex Mumbai.. 2) Ask Tour manager to give us brief story or details about places we visit..they just say name of place n let us go...so if there is no board there we don't know specification of the place..we heard other tour manager explaining all details .. 3) 2 - 3 days we were free half the day..kindly add more places to cover. STAFF IS VERY GOOD...FOOD AND HOSPITALITY WAS AWESOME

My Experience with Heena Tours and Travel has been very good. I was on a tour to Kashmir, I choose JK3 package. Heena signature food was amazing. Heena ke saat jaao tho khane ka tension bilkul nhi lena. Mast Ghar jaisa khana milega. Our tour guide, Gopal bhai was also very welcoming. Expert at his work. Overall I would recommend my friends and family to go for Heena. It might seem a bit expensive but it’s definitely worth it.

It was nice travelling with Heena family. The TM Mr. Ravi & other staff were polite and helpful. They were having caring attitude towards us. Good valuable suggestons given. The Food was good but below our expectation may be due to absence of regular cooking staff for Heena considering amount of money spent. However overall experiences were memorable.

We recently took the KL04 trip in Kerala with Heena. Had a great experience. The overall trip was fantastic and very well managed by our tour incharge Mr. Jagdish. We are a family of total 10 tour members all of us fully enjoyed the tour in all ascpects. Starting the journey with the tour manager Shri Hukamsinhji, we experienced a family-like environment just because of the most co-operative person Shri Hukamsinhji. He left no stone unturned for us to enjoy this tour. We were provided Heena operated in-house kitchen service for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The kitchen staff also very cooperative. On road transport very comfortable and the vehicle being in good condition with the equally good behaving driver. Finally it is a pleasant experience with Heena and all the staff in leadership of Hukamsinhji. Once again thank you All for such a wonderful tour.

The tour was astonishingly way past my expectations and we were delivered a smooth and subtle trip with lots of fun and enjoyment. Summarizing things up, the food, the transport, travel and overall all amenities provided by Heena were really convenient. Boredom wouldn't linger around you as you get to meet more people for the same tour, make new friends and interact with the tour Co-ordinators.
