No words to express my gratitude to Heena Tours. I wanted to write so many things. Everything was well planned and managed. Tour manager Pushkarji was highly knowledgeable and well mannered person. He was well accompanied by Shivam. All the hotels were well equipped and maintained very well... Food was awesome, not a single item was repeated. Tour bus was very nice. In short our journey was memorable and unforgettable. Tent experience was excellent. Looking forward to travel more with Heena Tours. Thank you very much for kind co-operation.

Excellent hospitality, very good hotels & food (pure veg & Jain), staff is super helpful. Tour manager, Nitesh Nirmal was outstanding during whole of our Kerala tour. Had very good bonding with other group members. Really a memorable experience.

We had great time. With Heena...suggestions are 1) If possible plan tour ex Mumbai.. 2) Ask Tour manager to give us brief story or details about places we visit..they just say name of place n let us go...so if there is no board there we don't know specification of the place..we heard other tour manager explaining all details .. 3) 2 - 3 days we were free half the day..kindly add more places to cover. STAFF IS VERY GOOD...FOOD AND HOSPITALITY WAS AWESOME

Super se upper feeling had great experience and enjoyed a lot on our trip to Kashmir with our host TM Deepak ji. We enjoyed great food just like Heena style with good accomodation and itienary and lots of good memories with all my trip mates. Also tanking again Deepak ji ones again for arranging a birthday celebration for my wife and special valentine week movement.

Bharat bhai as a tour manager has made our experience even better. The route and timing of the kashmir trip was amazing and relaxed. It's a +1 for the on field team. The one star missing was for the stay in gulmarg which is really bad. Grand mumtaz is strict NO. Stay was not a 2 star also. The picture and experience was very different. Hope you ammend for future reference.

The experience was as always fantastic. Although we were only 5 person, the response by Anupji (our manager) was spot on. The overall tour experience was very pleasant and fantastic.

One of the finest trips of my life. Best one.Had a memorable experience 8 days without any tension of where to eat , where to go travelling , adventure everything. Loved the food ....all 8 days different cuisines..best taste and timely customised arrangements for all the travellers.... Fun filled 8 days....
